We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Client Representative . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore and purchase our wide range of products and services. Y ou’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the best solutions to meet their needs while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions (including mobile plans, devices, accessories, etc.)
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products and services.
• Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on products, services, promotions, and deals.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of offerings and any ongoing promotions.
• Assist customers with technical issues or concerns and direct them to appropriate support when necessary.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service through in-person, follow up over-the-phone, and digital communication channels if needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and wireless technologies (preferred but not required).
