Responsibilities The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design, develop, and maintain our products, tools, and infrastructure. Your day-to-day job will consist of: Working with Product to translate product requirements into discreete, testable tasks Understand all ongoing work across teams well enough to intelliigently take part in code reviews per day Developing code and completing tasks in tandem with AI tools Consistently asking questions and critically looking at all our processes with fresh eyes Being an advocate for quality by calling out unclear or unsound code and tests Collaboratively building and improving shared tools and processes for the wider team Occasionally investigating issues in Production systems or data in response to internal or customer questions Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience. This position is subject to company on call policies which constitutes working hours outside of the normal workday as needed.
