Main Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave
Manage transactions accurately using a cash register
Balance the cash register and ensure precise pricing
Process payments in cash, credit, or check
Provide change and receipts promptly
Bag and wrap goods for safe transport
Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with POS systems is a plus
Strong math and multitasking skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively

Job Details:

Flexible hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Sunday
Pay rate: $16-$18 per hour based on experience
On-site position in a welcoming team environment

Location: 1400 E. Sunshine St, Springfield, MO 65804
