As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will install heating and cooling systems in residential homes while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer and company standards. You will oversee installations from start to finish, including equipment setup, ductwork fabrication, system wiring, and final system performance testing. This position requires mechanical skill, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Residential HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include designing and installing ductwork, fabricating fittings, installing and wiring indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment, ensuring proper system functionality, maintaining organized job sites, and delivering projects on time. Successful installers are dependable, safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold EPA Certification (minimum EPA Type II) and possess basic knowledge of HVAC installation, including ductwork, piping, and system components, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. Successful candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a customer-first attitude, and a commitment to staying current with HVAC codes, safety standards, and best practices.
