James Wood Motors in Decatur, Texas is a family-owned business and is a short drive from the DFW Metroplex. Our Decatur store spans 35 acres. We have a great selection of new Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick vehicles. As well as, hundreds of pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs.
James Wood has been serving North Texas since 1978 and is a pillar in our community. The Wood Family has earned countless awards from the community for their involvement in local projects, non-profit organizations, Chambers of Commerce and more. Looking for a motivated experienced salesperson with great customer service.
Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction
Meets dealership sales goals
Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive
Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase
Computes and explains sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract
Researches availability of models and optional equipment
Engages in business development
Addresses customer concerns
Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
