Job Description
The Restaurant Line Cook plays a vital role in preparing and cooking routine daily menu items while maintaining high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager and working within a larger kitchen team, this position ensures efficient order execution and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and adherence to food safety protocols are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook routine daily menu items consistently and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and report to the Kitchen Manager
- Execute orders accurately and in a timely manner
