About the Role As Head of School, you will serve as the leader of the campus community, guiding the vision, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional educational experience for every child. We’re looking for a dynamic and people‑centered leader who can balance strategy, operations, enrollment growth, and team development while cultivating a warm, joyful, and high‑performing school culture.
