Job Title Travel RN – High Risk OB (Labor & Delivery) Location Nashville, TN | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 3 weekend shifts per schedule Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care on a 25-bed High Risk OB unit with variable patient ratios (1:1 through 6:1) Circulate c-sections and assist with vaginal deliveries and bereavement care Manage and monitor patients on magnesium drips and other high-risk antepartum therapies Provide gynecological nursing care as needed within the unit scope Document patient care using Connect and Expanse electronic documentation systems Float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor & Delivery units per facility floating policy Required Qualifications Active RN license valid for practice in Tennessee Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery or High Risk OB nursing experience Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Experience with c-section circulation and magnesium drip administration Ability to work 3 weekend shifts per scheduling period Preferred Experience / Skills High risk antepartum nursing experience Gynecological nursing experience Familiarity with Connect and/or Expanse documentation platforms Why Join Us Work alongside a dedicated charge nurse and CNC each shift in a structured, supportive women's health environment Gain specialized experience in a high-acuity OB setting covering antepartum, labor and delivery, and surgical obstetrics Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775362.
