Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and proud Texas A&M alumnus to oversee sophisticated accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our portfolio. This role requires an individual possessing deep technical expertise across cyclical asset classes and structured entities, operating with the precision and leadership instilled by the Aggie spirit. YOUR SKILLS USING AI TOOLS MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT. Key Responsibilities Entity & Partnership Accounting: Manage complex tier-partnership structures, capital accounts, allocations, and distributions. Industry-Specific Oversight: Execute comprehensive project cost accounting, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and full-cycle real estate asset management. Tax & Compliance Strategy: Oversee federal and state tax compliance, ensuring optimal optimization strategies across all operating entities and joint ventures. Financial Reporting: Deliver rigorous, GAAP-compliant financial statements, cash flow modeling, and budget variance analyses to executive leadership. Candidate Requirements Credentials: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University . Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional accounting experience.
