Your expertise spans various maintenance tasks, from addressing facility issues to managing light construction and handyman projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities, including buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, and fixtures. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. Maintain and repair various equipment, machinery, and building systems within Riviera, such as HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and plumbing. Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of equipment and reduce downtime. Undertake small construction projects, repairs, and improvements to club facilities, including carpentry, painting, and minor installations. Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks. Report safety concerns and compliance issues promptly. Respond to maintenance and repair emergencies, such as equipment malfunctions or facility issues, to minimize disruptions and ensure member and guest safety. Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and materials, promptly replenishing as needed. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance schedules, and supply usage. Provide documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Collaborate with the engineering department team, other departments, and management to coordinate maintenance tasks and address specific needs. All other duties as assigned by the Assistant Project Manager and Facilities Manager that reasonably fall within the scope of the position and department.
