Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor - Weekdays $36 - $38 per hour Job Summary Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 250-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a Unit Supervisor, you will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and implementing the facility's quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Services Department Participate in the maintenance and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the Nursing Services Department Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, families, and physicians Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects Requirements Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program Must possess and maintain a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Care Environment preferred Full-time position Bilingual English and Spanish preferred What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment $36-$38/hour Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A chance to make a difference in the lives of our residents How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate individual looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center
