We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The PT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

The PT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function and mobility.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to therapy standards.
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
