Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. The PT will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies to support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on restoring function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to therapy standards.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and effective in a multidisciplinary team environment.
