Job Full Description

Express Employment in Covington, GA is looking for an Optometric Scribe.

Description: To assist the doctor while in the exam room by inputting medical findings in patient's chart.

Job Requirements:

1 plus years of Optometric experience is preferred.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Be detail-oriented and ensure the accuracy of all documentation & records.
Able to type at least 60 words per minute (wpm)
Comfortable with being in exam room with doctor & patients.
Respect & follow all HIPAA laws by working confidentially and keeping patient's information private.
Be personable and have a good bedside manner to communicate & interact with patients effectively.
Available during business office hours on Monday - Friday

Payrate: $16-$18/hr based on experience.
