We seek leaders with 10+ yrs experience, a HS diploma, and expertise in production processes and tools to oversee operations. location: Austin, Texas job type: Contract salary: $100 - 109 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate production staff, implementing measures to motivate employees and resolve personal grievances. Implement strategies to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency while maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems, setting and monitoring product standards to ensure high-quality finished products. Review daily operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex processing or production issues.
