As a Program Manager, duties include but are not limited to being responsible for coordinating all aspects of contract management. Program Managers oversee the various projects a business implements to ensure they all align effectively with the organization’s mission and the program’s goals. The company’s leadership team will typically inform Program Managers of their strategic direction and the goals they’d like the company to achieve. Program Managers will then monitor the progress of several projects within their program to make sure they follow this direction and exceed these goals. Responsibilities CI Poly. Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years admin/leadership experience. Strong PM background, ideally on cleared, multi‑site programs. Prior FBI / IC / DOJ program experience. Vetting, background investigation, or records research program leadership. Oversee programs and projects, ensuring they adhere to budgets and deadlines. Set goals and guidelines, manage staff and deadlines, liaise with internal and external parties, and coordinate managers. Develop progress reports, funding proposals, and program budgets. Manage risks and contingency plans. Plan the overall program and monitor progress. Manage all aspects of projects for an organization. Coordinate the work activities for multiple functions to ensure successful delivery. Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Track progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepare reports to senior management. Assist with selection, negotiation, and management of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors. Knowledge and demonstration of ability to apply HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and CI. Basic Qualifications CITP-Fundamentals (at proposal) CITP-Analysis (within 2 years) 10+ years InTP/CI/security program management. Everfox platform experience. Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required. This is a contingent hire tied to contract award (Sept 2026 anticipated start). Selected candidates will be named in the proposal and asked to sign a Letter of Commitment.
