Job Requirements
- 8+ years as a hands-on IT reporting data analyst.
- 4+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis within the property and casualty insurance industry; reinsurance experience is preferred but not required.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), Microsoft Power BI or similar product.
- Working knowledge of insurance source systems such as Guidewire (Policy, Billing, Claims), Genius, and SAP.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying enterprise data warehouses.
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and enterprise reporting concepts.
