We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, including hair texture and protective hairstyles, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, citizenship/immigration status, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment in a manufacturing environmentPerform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment meets operational standardsDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsTroubleshoot electrical systems, including motors, controls, wiring, and PLC-related componentsIdentify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actionsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentationMaintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiencySkills, Knowledge and Expertise:3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience requiredStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systemsExperience with industrial controls, motors, and automation systems preferredAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentsComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with legacy equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyMust be a U.S. Person (United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)Full-timeMonday–Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shift)On-site (Ellicott City, MD)About Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC):AAWDC is a nonprofit corporation that provides innovative, high-quality workforce development services to Anne Arundel County businesses and residents.
