About the Role
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own hands-on implementation from scoping through launch and iteration, helping customers achieve reliable, high-quality experiences while sharing practical feedback with internal product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end execution of customer AI agent builds, from initial scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.
Translate customer requirements into build plans and configure the components needed to deliver effective agents.
Build and validate integrations, and ensure agents perform reliably at scale.
Partner with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, success, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Identify implementation gaps and share customer-driven feedback to improve agent-building tools and workflows.
What We're Looking For
Typically 3 or more years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with a record of shipping technical solutions for customers end to end.
Ability to write code in Python and experience working with APIs and building integrations.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, with strong computer science fundamentals.
Experience building with or around large language models, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
Clear, polished communication and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in a fast-moving technical environment is valuable.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California.
