Operations Consultant

Resolve complex day-to-day problems Research and execute complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business units Advise on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment Advise on projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives Serve as a technical expert in the assigned area Consult on present-state processes and develop alternative future-state approaches Facilitate implementations by creating clear approaches for program or initiative setup, execution, and control Identify and recommend responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects Potentially manage associates, including coaching, risk management, talent development, and delivery of business outcomes Requirements Must have CURRENT Payments and Escrow experience Understanding of Vehicle Ancillary Products and the refund process Experience in Trend Reporting and analytics Intermediate experience with Excel and PowerPoint presentations Experience with Process Improvement and updating procedures Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America Availability for 40 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Payments and Escrow processes, with a strong focus on Process Improvement and analytics. Capable of managing teams and facilitating complex project implementations while advising on operational strategies.
