ASCP Certified Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) Full-Time | Evening Shift Sign-On Bonus Eligible

MLR is looking for a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team in West New York. In this role, you will perform essential laboratory tests and procedures that aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your responsibilities will include analyzing samples, interpreting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
• Work across all laboratory areas such as Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Analyze test results and report findings accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide clinical correlations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Certification as MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT.
• Indiana State License.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
