Assistant Pool Manager

Responsibilities Oversee Main Pool and Adult Bathhouse Pool operations, manage daily pool services, and ensure guest and colleague satisfaction. Selection, development, and performance management of employees. Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits. Assist Department Head with upkeep and maintenance of outlets and premises. Supervise, lead, train, and mentor front‑of‑house team members. Ensure proper communication between front and back of house. Maintain phone and online networks with closing times and reservation updates. Control reservation book, coordinate seating charts with restaurant host, and communicate daily reservations to kitchen teams. Assist Bar Supervisor with beverage ordering and monthly liquor, wine, and beer inventory. Assist Department Head with ordering supplies such as linens, silverware, glass, and china. Collaborate on service guidelines, enforce consistency in training and execution. Train team on service manual, SOPs, POS system, opening/closing procedures, and etiquette. Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve concerns professionally with follow‑up. Manage daily tip distribution, payroll, timekeeping, and POS system. Provide floor support to line team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation: $30.00 per hour. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant. Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development. Excellent conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
