This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident caring for patients experiencing life-threatening conditions.

Job Functions :

• Shift and schedule: Night Shift | 36 hours per week (Three 12-hour shifts) | 6:45pm - 7:15am
• Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients with critical, life-threatening conditions requiring rapid assessment and high-intensity interventions .
• Provide emotional support, education, and clear communication to patients and families during emergency situations .
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, recognizing when early intervention is needed .
• Prepare patients for surgery, imaging, and diagnostic procedures .
• Perform essential emergency procedures including IV insertion, medication administration, blood draws, and airway support (intubation assistance ) .
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR .

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) .
• Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain) .
• 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience is required .
• BLS , ACLS, PALS and TNCC certification s from the American Heart Association are required .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills .
