Our therapists typically earn $60+ per service hour including tips! Hourly for unscheduled time + massage pay + bonus + commission + tips! We have a friendly, drama free, family-oriented culture and we're locally owned and operated. The management / ownership is a single unit operator so is dedicated to fully supporting this Costa Mesa location in a market that is dominated by corporate multi-unit operators. Proficiency with Deep Tissue is a requirement. Swedish, MF, Trigger Point skills will be called on regularly; Prenatal, Himalayan Salt Stone, Hot Stone certifications and Cupping a plus. Strong communication and evaluation skills to assess client needs, establish treatment plan and deliver professional treatment recommendations.
