Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have NM license
• Must present license prior to employment
• BLS (AHA only)
• American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) card required

• Shift hours: 0800-1700

Location Highlights

Alamogordo offers access to outdoor landmarks and regional attractions in southern New Mexico. White Sands National Park is about 20 minutes from central Alamogordo and features dune trails, sledding areas, and sunset access in a high-desert setting. The city sits near the Sacramento Mountains, and Cloudcroft is about 30 minutes away with hiking, mountain biking, and cooler elevations above 8,000 feet. Alamogordo is also home to the New Mexico Museum of Space History, and Oliver Lee Memorial State Park is about 15 miles south with camping, desert trails, and views of the Tularosa Basin.
