• 4 days per week Monday-Friday schedule plus one late night shift
• 21-24 patients per day
• Community health clinic setting
• Birth control prescribing and pregnancy counseling required
• Hospital privileges required
• All ages patient population
• Clinic hours 8am-5pm with late night shift 10pm-7am
• Long-term assignment coverage opportunity
