Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Event-Day IT Assistant to support IT operations during events at Soldier Field. This role is critical in ensuring all technology systems function smoothly to support stadium operations, staff, vendors, and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, live-event environments and can quickly troubleshoot technical issues with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support during events at Soldier Field
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in real time
• Support point-of-sale (POS) systems , ticketing systems, and payment devices
• Assist with setup, testing, and takedown of event-day technology equipment
• Respond to IT service requests from stadium staff and vendors
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed
• Maintain clear communication with the IT team and event operations staff
• Ensure all equipment is properly stored and accounted for post-event

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT support, networking, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and navigate a large venue
