Store Supervisor

We are looking for shift managers with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our newest Scooter's Coffee! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you'll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don't worry. We'll teach you everything you need to know! Hours : Flexible schedule with all shifts available Benefits : $18-20 per hour (per hour includes hourly base pay plus $2-3 per hour in tips)... Cash tips to take home daily Credit card tips are added to your check Free Specialty Beverage/Meal during shift Discounts even when you're not working Flexible schedule Room to grow with many new locations under development Responsibilities : Leading shifts - including morning rushes, middays, and closes. Training new Baristas Assist with ordering and administrative duties as needed. Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned. Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food. Clean, sanitize and maintain store. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed. Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings. Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues. Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries. Additional duties as assigned.
