Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Merchant to drive product and merchandising strategy for our durable workwear and outdoor apparel lines. You will own category assortments, sales, margin, and inventory plans across channels, using data and customer insight to shape line plans and in-season actions. Partnering closely with design, planning, marketing, and e‑commerce, you’ll guide product launches, pricing, promotions, and storytelling that reflect our practical, hard‑working brand. This role blends analytics, product passion, and retail acumen to fuel growth and elevate the customer experience nationwide.
