Overview As Senior Product Manager for Manual Pipettes at METTLER-TOLEDO Rainin, you will lead the strategic development and management of our manual pipette product line, driving innovation and delivering sustainable value to customers worldwide. This role requires collaboration across R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality, optimize portfolio performance, and support business growth within life sciences and laboratory markets. Responsibilities Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for manual pipettes aligned with company objectives and market needs. Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development, enhancements, and lifecycle management from ideation to phase-out. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Manage product profitability, pricing strategies, and cost structures to maximize ROI. Mentor and support junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Support sales, technical support, and global service teams with product knowledge and training to enhance customer engagement.
