About the Role Colonial Fence is seeking a high-performing Commercial Fence Sales Closera true market hunter who thrives on competition, builds powerful relationships, and closes high-value commercial contracts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and close commercial fence opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with GCs, municipalities, property managers, and commercial clients
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages
- Manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet revenue goals and drive market expansion
- Represent Colonial Fence with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
Who You Are
- 5+ years of commercial fence sales experience required
- Proven track record of closing high-value commercial projects
- Strong understanding of commercial estimating, RFPs, and bid processes
- Competitive, motivated, and hunter-minded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
