CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Description

Job Summary:
Providing compassionate and skilled nursing assistance to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being through hands-on care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition updates.
• Follow care plans accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Comply with facility policies and infection control protocols.
• Document all care provided in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to lift, assist, and support patients as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations.
