Job Summary The HCA Nurse Residency Program at Wesley Medical Center is a year‑long program that provides hands‑on experience and supports new graduate nurses during their transition from student to registered nurse. The program includes advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship, simulations, and mentoring.
