Technical RecruiterContech Systems is looking to expand our Recruiting team; we are searching for a few Technical Recruiters that can come in and grow with us. Individuals with current or former technical experience (for example, Developer, Systems Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Modeler, DBA, etc.) are encouraged to apply to this role.Responsibilities:The Technical Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for contract and direct hire opportunities within client organizationsReview and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positionsUtilize multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters own creative networking techniques to source candidatesTrack and manage all candidate and client interaction in JobDiva, our CRM/ATS toolConduct phone, webcam and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates "fit" and technical competenceNegotiate candidate's contracts and terms of employmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with contract employeesParticipate in daily meetings where you will collaborate with management, peers, and account managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfullyQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (IT preferred but will consider other disciplines) - in lieu of Recruiting experience we will consider someone with a technology backgroundAny technical recruiting experience is a plusSolid understanding of IT terminology and processesExperience building a network, pipeline, and database of candidatesAbility to screen and evaluate candidates for technical, communication, leadership, and cultural fitCollaborate with the talent acquisition team as well as hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs (technical requirements of roles, the function and how it fits into the organization) to establish effective processes to support hiring goalsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentMust have great written and oral communication skillsMust be extremely detail oriented
