Senior Customer Technical Support SpecialistAstrion has a contingent opening for a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist supporting the U.S. Navy's Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), located in Dahlgren, Virginia. Serve as a Help Desk Support II / mid-level IT professional handling escalated, complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by entry-level and follow-up support. Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems, and assist with equipment provisioning.Required Qualifications / SkillsSix (6) years of professional experience in industry, federal or DoD help desk supportExperience using help desk tools such as BMC's Remedy, BMC Helix ITSM, or ServiceNowInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III level with a Tier 5 (T5) investigationPreferred Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.CompTIA A+, Network+, MS-900, MD-102
