Logistics Coordinator

MMR Logistics Coordinator Location: Abilene, TX Pay: $33-$40/hour based on experience Per Diem: $900/week paid for days worked if all qualifications are met Work Schedule: 6/10s Responsibilities Coordinate deliveries, laydown, and storage areas with vendors and Client Manage site access and delivery scheduling Deploy warehouse personnel to track inventory and staging plans Support prefabrication and just-in-time delivery strategies Minimize congestion and material handling risks Interface with field teams for material readiness Deploy warehouse personnel to kit out installation work package bill of material Coordinate with Quality department for initial inspection of material to project Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously Ability to demonstrate flexibility and creativity Working knowledge of MS Office software Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Regular and reliable attendance at work MMR Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies ("MMR") is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, veteran status, genetic information or any other legally protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
