Job Description
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee clinical operations at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Durham, North Carolina. This leadership opportunity supports high-volume outpatient primary care services and focuses on staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care delivery.

Schedule & Coverage
Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Call Responsibilities: None
Weekend Rotation: None
Telehealth: No

Responsibilities
Oversee daily department operations and clinical workflows
Lead, hire, train, and schedule clinical staff
Ensure quality patient care and monitor patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and OSHA
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals on care planning
Manage departmental budget and support financial performance goals
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goal tracking

Requirements
Active North Carolina RN license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
3-5 years of progressive healthcare management experience
Pediatric clinical experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
Budget management experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
