Transfer Credit Evaluator

The full-time remote Transfer Credit Evaluator will manage the comprehensive evaluation of transfer coursework and non-traditional learning credits for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, ensuring accurate and timely transfer credit decisions that align with institutional policies and accreditation standards. Key responsibilities Evaluate official and unofficial transcripts for transferability and degree applicability, determining course equivalencies and transfer credit awards Maintain accurate transfer credit records and manage course equivalencies within the student information system and related databases Serve as a primary resource for students and faculty regarding transfer credit policies and collaborate with Admissions and academic departments to support transfer students Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Three or more years of professional experience in higher education, preferably in registrar services or transfer credit evaluation Experience interpreting academic records and degree requirements Proficiency with student information systems and Microsoft Office products Strong analytical and organizational skills
