What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, including assessments, medications, and ongoing monitoring
• Implement physician orders and document patient responses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Assist in training and supporting non-RN staff such as LPNs and PCTs
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards
• Accurately document patient interactions and care activities

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS certification, ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant ICU or PCU experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

• Experience in a similar hospital setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
