Position Summary

We are seeking reliable General Laborers to support shipping, receiving, and material flow in an industrial warehouse environment. In this position you will be onloading/offloading materials from machines or deburr, grind, and/or cleaning parts. This role involves operating equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, handling inventory, maintaining production line equipment, and performing various related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Material Handling - Operate overhead cranes, forklifts to load and unload materials
• Inventory Management - Receives incoming inventory, ensuring proper tagging and documentation
• Production Support - Maintain production line equipment with necessary raw materials to minimize downtime
• Computer Operations - Utilize computer systems to tag, ship, and receive materials
• Additional Duties - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures including PPE requirements
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous warehouse experience is required. Not fulfillment or packaging but warehouse/manufacturing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) with whole numbers, and use units of American money and measurements for weight, volume, and distance
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
• Demonstrated reliable work history
• Must be able to lift weight up to 50lbs.  
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks
• Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be always worn

Schedule:

• 1St Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 am – 1:00 pm

Compensation:

• $18.00 per hour
