Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses physical, skin, pain, fall, medications and discharge needs with appropriate interventions. Plan of Care is developed and implemented on admission using assessment data. Patient and family was given education. Evaluates patient's response to interventions. Demonstrates leadership skills. Assists in organizing Patient Care Activities. Qualifications Education Required: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program Experience None License
