Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed mental health assessments using established screening tools and frameworks to identify the specific needs of each patient, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans. \n
- Deliver high-quality individual counseling sessions focusing on short-term therapy and crisis intervention to assist patients dealing with mental health emergencies or significant life changes. \n
- Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops, promoting mental wellness through discussions on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and resilience training. \n
- Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary hospital teams, including physicians, nurses, and community support organizations, to provide integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients. \n
- Participate in outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma around mental health, enhancing community awareness, and promoting proactive mental health care. \n
- Maintain patient records diligently, ensuring all documentation adheres to legal, ethical, and HIPAA standards while also incorporating evidence-based practices in treatment. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- An active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Psychologist. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. \n
- Strong familiarity with the mental health issues prevalent among patients within a hospital setting, demonstrating an understanding of these challenges and their impacts on individuals’ daily lives. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy methodologies relevant to a telehealth environment, ensuring effective and impactful patient interactions. \n
- A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload responsibly, utilizing strong organizational skills to prioritize and maintain high standards of patient care. \n

- Previous experience providing mental health services within a remote or telehealth capacity. \n
- Involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach efforts to enhance public awareness and education surrounding mental health. \n
- Experience with therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches. \n
- A history of collaborative work with hospital departments or other stakeholders to advance patient care quality and outcomes. \n

- A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
