Position Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Sales Associate . In this role, you will work directly with customers inside major big-box retail stores while representing well-known telecommunications clients.

You will be responsible for creating positive customer interactions, learning about available products and services, answering questions, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous sales experience is not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide information about available telecommunications products and services.
• Educate customers on product features, options, and promotions.
• Assist customers through the sales and enrollment process.
• Accurately complete required sales and customer documentation.
• Stay informed about current products, services, and promotions.
• Work closely with other team members to accomplish daily and team objectives.
• Maintain a professional presence within assigned retail locations.
• Travel locally to different retail locations when business needs require it.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail setting.
• Dependable, professional, and motivated.
• Willingness to learn new products and sales techniques.
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to meet the scheduling requirements of assigned retail locations.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to travel locally between assigned locations.

Work Setting

This is an in-person position . You will interact directly with customers inside participating big-box retail locations. Some local travel between assigned locations may be required.

The position involves standing, walking, and communicating with customers throughout the workday.
