Lumber Mill Maintenance Mechanic

West Fraser Mills

West Fraser is seeking a Lumber Mill Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-volume manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair sawmill machinery, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and material-handling systems to maximize uptime and product quality. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, support root-cause analysis, and respond to breakdowns in a fast-paced mill environment. Working with a safety-first, collaborative team, you’ll help drive continuous improvement while building a long-term career in sustainable wood products manufacturing.
