You will work closely with agents and customers to ensure timely and accurate service, helping to maintain strong client relationships and support business retention. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, claims, and endorsements. Provide accurate information about State Farm products and services to customers. Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals in accordance with company guidelines. Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues and service requests. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Identify opportunities to support sales efforts by referring potential leads to agents. Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance. Basic knowledge of insurance products and terminology is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient with computers and CRM software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
