Financial Analyst

Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As an FSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our sales compensation tool, Xactly.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system, configuration, testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent, configuring/implementing new sales compensation plans, working directly with individuals across the organization, maintaining and acting as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team, and developing and coordinating training of Sales Compensation Team administrators.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or development, experience with commission tools, advanced Excel skills, general understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses, strong attention to detail and communication skills, sales compensation, financial reporting or project management experience, additional experience with other enterprise analytical systems, proficiency in problem solving, and experience with Xactly Incent.

Compensation Range: USD $60,700.00 - USD $112,700.00/Annually.
