Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Canandaigua, NY location. The ideal candidate possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Service Technician.

Competitive Base Pay of $25.00-30.00/hr or more based on experience

Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.

Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.

Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.

Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.

Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver's license / clean driving record

2-5+ years of HVAC experience preferred

OSHA 10 and EPA Universal Certifications preferred

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Technical knowledge

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-30 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
