JAK Logistics, Inc. is a dedicated FedEx Ground contractor in Sacramento/Tracy looking for Class A CDL drivers with doubles endorsements. No team partner required; teams will be formed with safe, experienced drivers. Drop‑and‑hook – no touching freight. Flexible Floater Position Floater position available with a flexible schedule. Part‑time or full‑time. Retired candidates applying to supplement retirement funds are welcome. Pay & Benefits Pay: $1,550 – $1,990 per week plus a $3,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 90 days. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k), one week vacation pay after one year (progressive with service). Detention time paid. Weekly pay via Direct Deposit on Friday. Monthly cell phone payment available. Responsibilities Drive dedicated FedEx Ground team routes. Drop and hook shipments. Maintain consistent weekly home time. Ensure cab safety and on‑time delivery. Requirements Class A CDL with doubles/triples endorsement. No Hazmat endorsement required. One year minimum tractor‑trailer experience or graduation from an accredited truck driving school. Additional Details Graduates from FedEx Ground approved, accredited driving schools (e.g., Western, Western Pacific, Truck Driving Academy) welcome. Tuition reimbursement may be available. New drivers will not receive training pay deductions; they will be paid as experienced drivers. Fleet: 2020 Freightliner Cascadias with a Ryder maintenance program.
