Schedule

Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements and a possibility of staying late 1-2 times per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified CVOR Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must have CVOR experience and certification is mandatory. This high-acuity environment requires critical thinking skills, excellent documentation capability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform large-bore IV starts, chin-to-toe hair removal, medication administration, and skin assessment.
• Assist with arterial line, central line, and epidural placement.
• Transport patients to the operating room and assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess valid BLS certification.
• Critical care experience is a must; preoperative experience is a plus.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with an interdepartmental team.
