Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to hospital nutrition guidelines
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols in the kitchen
• Help with inventory management and restocking of culinary supplies
• Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas throughout the shift

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
