Job Summary:
The region of Fredericksburg, Texas, is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist for a travel assignment. The position involves working in a dedicated catheterization laboratory and requires candidates to bring their Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day. The role focuses on supporting interventional procedures with professionalism and flexibility.

Job Details:

• Location: Fredericksburg, Texas
• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with rotating on-call responsibilities for evenings and weekends
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; candidates without these skills will not be considered.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit Information: 84 beds, staffed with 4 team members for day shifts, including one Certified Nurse (CNC), one Cath Lab Technician, and three RNs
  • Procedures performed include Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) and interventional radiology
  • Equipment utilized: Philips imaging systems and Meditech electronic medical record system
  • Dress code: Scrubs of any color
  • On-call: Rotating for evenings and weekends
